Feature request: Additional sensor classes for areas (e.g. CO2)

Hey! I've been using HA for a while now and it's been really great overall. A small feature request I have is to add other types of sensors alongside temperature and humidity to those associated with specific areas, to be displayed in area cards primarily. I have CO2 sensors in some of the rooms of my house, and I'd be great to have these values easily peekable from the new Areas dashboard, for example.
