Add ability to have a fixed color for the Button and Light cards.

Hi! I really like the standard button and light cards in Home Assistant OS, however, since I usually have my devices set to a different mode in the manufacturer’s app, the button and light cards usually illuminate the wrong color when they are on.

Thus it would be a very nice feature to be able to set a fixed color that the card shows when the light is on.
