Disable or remove the Stop button when Watchdog is enabled.

On the Info tab for an addon if the Watchdog option is enabled the stop button stops the app but the watchdog just restarts it. This is a confusing behavior if you are trying to actually stop an addon. It would be nice if when the Watchdog is enabled the stop button would be disabled with a tooltip or the stop button would be removed completely.
