auto delete unavailable entity from card when removing entity

on an unavailable entity in a card:

we can click and get the dialog to remove the entity:

and, when deleting the entity, expect it to be removed from the card too, but that doesnt happen:

would be a nice touch if that was automatically done and edited in the card.
