add configurable Unit to entity panel

in configuration/integration/z-wavejs, we can configure entities of our devices almost completely. Only thing missing is the configurable Unit:

All of these names are re-configured in this panel.
Please add the Unit to this panel, so we can easily set Watt instead of W in this case, without having to set this in the customization settings.
