add device_id in Refresh Tokens panel

Debugging the registered Refresh tokens (which I have to do because of constant ip bans on the iOS app, probably based on a not functional or incorrect token/authorization) we are confronted with:

which makes it in fact impossible to analyze, find and delete the dysfunctional token. Please consider adding the device_id's to these tokens
