Add name, origin, destination to options for Waze Travel time config entry

While we can see the various configured Waze travel time sensors in the listed panel, we can't see any of the config options we enter via the setup panel:

It would be very nice if we could see:

which entry it is (name)
the origin and destination settings of this specific config entry

optimally, but that would maybe simply require creating a new entry: edit any of these settings.

right now there's no clue, or visual feedback about these settings.
