Add an option to disable automatic area assignment for an integration

For a couple of releases now, integrations can suggest areas. At HA startup, entities that don't have an area assigned yet will get one assigned from their integration's suggestion. What if I don't want that?

My use case: I'm using a Hue switch as a smart plug. In order to have it nicely arranged in the hue app, I assigned its own area to it. However, on each HA startup, the switch gets assigned this "area" (which isn't an actual area). I'd like the switch to not have an area assigned in HA, only in the Hue App. It would be cool to have an option to disable area suggestions for the Hue integration.
