kWh total displays 0 instead of actual total in the energy pie chart

The problem

after the november 2025 update adding a pie chart to the energy tab, I notice that in the middle of the pie, shows a total KWh of all the energy entities, however, this total always displays as 0 despite the items in the chart being above 20KWh in total
