Page title for Developer Tools shows "Settings"

Describe the issue you are experiencing

Now that Developer Tools has been moved to Settings the page title says "Settings" instead of "Developer Tools". All the other pages within Settings reflect the correct title. This makes it confusing when multiple tabs are open.

Describe the behavior you expected

The page title should reflect "Developer Tools" in the browser tab.
