Switch servers in macOS app from menu bar

Switching servers on iOS and iPadOS is very smooth (especially with the widgets, thanks!) but switching on macOS is exceptionally clunky. The 3 finger gesture does not work (#2059). The only way to switch is to open preferences with ⌘, or menu bar and switch the server from there. This is functional but is not very user friendly when switching between servers frequently. It is even worse when trying to open 2 windows of the app showing different servers. I use this setup frequently to compare my HA instances and make changes to both. The preferences pane does not show which window it will control when switching servers. I think it is the oldest window, as in the one open the longest.

It would be very convenient to be able to switch the server from the Mac menu bar. There could be an additional menu category for servers with the servers listed in the drop down.
