Improve update rate for Watch Complications

I have a watch complication that's mapped to Home Assistant Realtime GTFS integration but currently it only updates every ~15 minutes. Ideally I would like it to update every ~30 seconds, is this possible?

Apple limits the updating pretty strongly. There's a few avenues:

• The periodic updating the app does on the Watch already.
• Updating via the app instructing the watch that it should update (this is what the current notifications do)
• Updating via push notifications (need to have separate devices so we can push directly to watch)

In total, evenly distributing all of these gives you about 6 updates per hour or around every 10 minutes, which isn't all that much improved from the current.
