Add a Watch Shortcut for Assist

I am using Assist in the HA app on my Apple Watch by triggering it from a complication, it works fine.

But it would be even better to trigger it by doing AssistiveTouch's double tap, so that it can be done with a single hand.

Currently, one can add a Shortcut but it will trigger Assist on iPhone, not Apple Watch.

Im curious, how do you trigger a shortcut from the watchface directly using double tap? Mine only shows the widgets stack
