Description
notify.mobile_app_xxx has stopped working on my (and my wife’s) iPhone 11Pro, iOS 26.1.
It’s working fine om my iPad pro, with iPadOS 26.1.
I have two installations with HAOS 2025.11.3. It fails on both. It also failed in 2025.10.4.
It’s hard to pinpoint exactly when it stopped working, but it’s not long ago. It appears to have something to do with iOS 26.1.
No settings on the iPhones have changed. HomeAssistant has “everything possible” enabled.
Nothing in the logs. When I run the action from dev.tools, it seems to be working well, but isn’t.

To Reproduce
Use HA dev.tools and run the service notify.mobile_app_devicename.
It will work fine on iPad, but on (my) iPhone.

Expected behavior
I expected a notification on my iPhone

Steps 1-4: All seems fine
Steps 5-6: I removed my iphone from the integration. reboot iphone. restart ha. start the companion app. Still no notifications.
Steps 7-9: All seems fine

Companion app settings > Notification > reset (last red button from the screen)

In the same network, other users receive push notifications normally? I know some router rules sometimes blocks firebase

That made no difference.
There are only two users, me and my wife. Same iPhone and iOS version. Same problem.
But on my iPad Pro, with iPadOS 26.1 and the latest companion app, it works fine, just like it always has.
And it doesn't matter if I'm on the local net or remote via Cloudflare.
And it's the same in my other HA installation, at my cabin. That is connected via a Starlink router + Cloudflare at all-default settings. It also worked earlier.

If you try the notify.notify action, which sends notifications to all devices you have configured, do you receive anything?

Only on the iPad. Not on the two iPhones

Thats quite weird, can you try to delete the Apps, reboot your phone and reinstall?
