Apple Watch Complications Not Showing in Companion App

Model Name: Iphone 13 and Apple watch Ultra 4
macOS Version: IOS26.1 on both devices
App Version: 2025.11.0

Home Assistant Core Version
Core. 2025.11.1

Issues:

• The “Complications” section in the Companion app is completely blank.
  • No slots like Modular Large, Modular Small, Circular Small, etc. are visible.
  • Only “Placeholder” and “Assist” appear in the Watch app complication picker under Home Assistant.

Steps Tried:

• Verified admin role in Home Assistant
  • Confirmed Watch app is installed and synced
  • Using Ultra Modular watch face (supports complications)
  • Reinstalled Companion app on iPhone
  • Reinstalled Watch app via Watch app toggle
  • Reset app entities database via Debug section
  • Force-closed and restarted both apps
  • Tried assigning complications via Watch app directly

Expected behavior:

• Slot list should appear in Companion app under Settings → Apple Watch → Complications
  • Custom complications should be assignable from Watch app

Actual behavior:

• No slots appear in Companion app

• Only “Placeholder” and “Assist” are available in Watch app

Thanks for reporting the issue, apparently in our recently UI migration for this screen, the button to add a new complication was removed by mistake, I will add it back.

So do I need to delete the Ha app on my iphone or watch or both and readd?

ok I now see the configuration options. I tried setting up a watch face with graphical sensor data but can't find one that offers that in the mix?
