Dual axis card for Light control - makes more intuitive brightness/temperature

Problem statement

Light control of brightness and temperature is OK, but there is a good opportunity to make it feel a lot more intuitive and user-centric than with the current slider system - a dual axis card that represents both.

This is a small bet but its already been designed and POC by @mbb365 in OpenHomeFoundation/ux-design#7 so we know it works. Just needs frontend implementation.

@mbb365 let's keep it in shaping for a bit - you can at some point vibe code it as a custom card and then we can test it (custom cards are not built in in HA but they are real and usable). This way we can see all the potential places where it needs improvement before commiting to it as part of the HA default batch.
