Describe the issue you are experiencing
After a reboot request following an OS update, watchdog restarts the Core which is then terminated abruptly when the system reboots. This leads to unclean shutdown of the sqlite database driver in Core, causing a warning in Core on the next startup.
Noticed when checking the logs of #6510 but might be a wider problem as reported in home-assistant/operating-system#4498.
