Animate Icons only

I am trying to use keyframes for the entity icons only. I would still like to have the background color but dont want that area to also animate with the icon. I use a wobble for the washing machine but in this card the icon and background wobble vs just the icon. Anyone have any luck making just the icon animate?

probably this isn't possible since the css styles apply to that whole icon and it's bubble .

can try with card mod, or can make a feature requests and maybe it'll be looked into
