Ability to hide a card under a certain entity state

First of all thanks for the great feature!
During the first attempt to use status chips I have realized it shows the cards always, just changes the color depending on the entity state. However, my need is to use the status chips to show some critical issues only. So that will be great if there is a possibility to show the card only if its in a specific state.

@ikomtur you can specify the on_state of an entity by updating it's attributes. check out readme.
if you can show specific issue i can guide you to how to achieve this.

also i will make the card easier to setup one day (using card editor and stuff)
