Govee lights not dimming/brightening as expected #1226

Look I am a complete noob, coming from Google Home to iPhone/IOS. I got Homebridge installed months ago in Hyper-V, and had it setup up perfect for awhile. In the past 2 months however, it I tell Siri to set to maximum it shows in homebridge at 100%, and shows in Govee as 39% and indeed it sets the lights at that brightness, in other words it dims the lights most of the time. If I set the lights to maximum in Govee (and they do physically go to maximum brightness), it then shows 39% in Homebridge. So right now the only way I can set the lights to maximum brightness via Siri/Home app is by telling Siri to set lights to 39%
I have Windows 11 Professional, latest updates. Homebridge is fully update and Node.js is fully updated, as well as this plugin. I do not know if there was an update that may have caused this. Homebridge is installed in Hyper-V virtual on Windows 11 Pro.
