Error when proxying to a https server

If I try to proxy to a hits serve is fails with the following error:

For example, the URL I'm using is:
localhost:9000/?$url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.alphavantage.co%2Fquery%3Ffunction%3DSYMBOL_SEARCH%26apikey%3Ddemo%26keywords%3Dcrm

Any idea of what is missing?
