Development Roadmap/Scope?

After I look up the repository and documentation website, I notice that Hono didn't have any kind of roadmap/scope available so as a contributor it might be hard to know which idea is suitable with Hono main goal, etc. So, if we have one I think people will feels like to invest more their time to contribute and improve Hono.

Also, the documentation feels like outdated at this point since there is a lot of stuff that we already have but people cannot find it in the documentation
