`server.test.ts` fails on Node.js v24

I'm not sure whether we need to fix the test or the code, but it should be addressed.

In v24, reading new Blob([new Uint8Array([1, 2, 3])]) does not seem to complete synchronously.
This can be addressed in #265.

This is a rare case, and we could also consider it as a specification difference depending on the Node.js version.

However, #265 is not overly complex and has minimal performance impact, so merging #265 seems appropriate.

Thank you for investigating. I understood. Sometimes, Node.js's fetch matters are in trouble. But I think your solution #265 is good. Can you proceed with it?
