Source code links

There are some things that cannot be understood just by reading the documentation.
Source code is useful in such cases.

Life with UNIX has the following chapters:
> 4.2 Sources Are The Ultimate

Therefore, pages that describe middleware, helpers, etc... in the documentation should link to the corresponding source code.
