Hono has no specification #722

https://hono.dev/docs/api/ is an assorted list of examples of how to use Hono. As such, short of reading Hono's source code, they are useless in many scenarios - because examples are specific, not general, and will not help if you deviate from the scenario depicted by them.
API docs that really help developers specify general behaviour using exact language, types, caveats etc. per API function.
For one example among many, check out https://redbean.dev/#hooks and scroll down from there. Note also that functions are properly cross-linked, which is mandatory for working with a hypertext specification.
Please rework https://hono.dev/docs/api/ from scratch to become a true specification in that sense.
