Plugin not working at all

It may be because I have level up popups disabled, if the plugin is relying on those. Should be an easy fix to just read the game log instead if that is the case

I redesigned the plugin, once it updates at runelite/plugin-hub#10579 check it out and let me know if it still doesnt work + give some details in a new issue 👍
