Update hash_set.h

1.Updated DEFAULT_LOAD_FACTOR from 0.5 to 0.65
2.Support std::pair type added for keys
3.hash_grow_map_heavy/hash_grow_set_heavy classes added for big objects
4.Some code cleanup
