I want to know if we can edit the over time. I set maximum over time limit is 4 hours per day and if an employee does 5 hours of over time can i edit to 5 hours?

Secondly i want to know is there any way i can round of over time. Let assume an employee over time is 4:10 min, can system automatically round it to 4:00 hours

1️⃣ Editing overtime beyond the maximum limit

Once you set Maximum Allowed Overtime Per Day, Horilla enforces this limit strictly. Even if you manually create or edit an attendance record from the admin side, the system will not allow overtime hours to exceed the configured maximum.
So, if the maximum is set to 4 hours, it is currently not possible to save 5 hours of overtime for a single day.

2️⃣ Rounding off overtime hours

At present, Horilla does not support rounding options for overtime. For example, if an employee has 4 hours 10 minutes of overtime, the system will keep it as-is and will not automatically round it down to 4:00 hours.

Both of these behaviors are by design in the current version. We can consider adding overtime override or rounding rules as future enhancements if there is sufficient demand.
