Description

Hour account not working properly pls check fix it as soon as possible i attached two image in that we can see that madison kelly is the employee present like 8 hours it taken it as present but in the hours out when we click on the it showing worked hour still 0.00 so pls look in to it

along with can you explain what full time in the employee shift ex: per day 8 hour work means for one week 6 days except Sunday Weekly Full Time, and for the month how much hour what we have one 30 days or 31 days then how it works pls explain to us

Thank you for reporting this.

To properly check why the worked hours are showing 0.00, we need to verify the attendance records for that employee.

Could you please share screenshots from:

Horilla → Attendance → Attendances

And specifically from these tabs:

• Attendance To Validate
• Validated Attendances

Please share the data for the specific date of the employee (Madison Kelly) where the issue is happening.

From that page, we can verify:

• Check-in & Check-out time
• Worked hours
• Pending hours
• Validation status

Once we review that, we’ll be able to identify whether it’s a validation issue, shift configuration issue, or hour calculation issue.

image 3 is the attendance to validate in that we can see that there no feb month data present due to we not given any attendance only few people i given attendance
