It's very common for people to ask for a 1h or 2h for medical appointment or something similar. Therefore it would be very usefull to be able to request a leavy by hours instead of by an entire day.
Use Case
Employee needs to leave for 1 hour in a day, and that hour should be discounted from the total hours he worked that day.

It's such a common thing, I'm surprised horilla can't handle this, I'm sure in many countries people don't just ask for an entire day leave. Sometimes people need an hour or two to attend external stuff.
