If I place a mechanical PTH (in the board editor: place hole ->Circular PTH (Mechanical) on top of a plane (copper pour), the rule checks gives me two "PTH hole(s) on layer Top Copper - Bottom Copper near NPTH hole" failures. It seems like maybe the mechanical NPTH holes don't create openings/clearances around themselves when the plane is rebuilt? Is there an option for that? Alternatively, is there a way to manually add cutaways / negative areas to planes/pours around mechanical holes? Thanks |

Hm, works for me. Have a sample project that reproduces this? |

You can create a part that's just a single PTH with the symbol having a single pin. When you place it on the schematic you can leave it NC (no connection).
