Hyprland closes when tapping with an extra finger while swiping workspaces

Describe the bug
While swiping to switch workspaces, if an extra finger is introduced, hyprland closes when letting go.
No crash logs are being generated. When launching from a tty, no indication of a crash is shown.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Hyprland 0.50.1 built from branch  at commit 4e242d086e20b32951fdc0ebcbfb4d41b5be8dcc  ([gha] Nix: update inputs).

Bug was also present after I removed hyprsplit

I tried reproducing the bug and it didn't crash for me.

However, the swipe gesture doesn't seem to work after doing it.

Could you try again on latest Hyprland and hyprgrass to see how it is on your end?

I tested on the latest hyprland release as well as the latest commit, both times I hyprland closed

After some more testing I discovered that this does not when starting the workspace swipe on an empty workspace.
Only when there is a window present on the active workspace does it happen
