Add information to web site about what Emperor OS is based on

Is this an independent distro or is a derivative of another distro? Could you please add info on the web page or Github about what Emperor OS is based on.

(I ask because I am compiling a list of all the distros in the world to graph Linux activity over time.)

Also I noticed that the web site for Emperor OS is currently down.
