Server doesn't shutdown properly

Bug Report

Description

Currently, the fireactions server doesn't handle the shutdown signal fast enough, so systemd is killing it forcibly.

Expected Behavior

The server properly handles the shutdown signal in time.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Install Fireactions via the Ansible Playbook
2. See issue during systemctl restart fireactions
