The cookies banner cannot be dismissed except by clicking on "I agree"
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to https://export.hotosm.org/en/v3/ with an incognito browser window
- Click on "I do not agree" on the cookies banner on the bottom
Expected behavior
The cookies banner disappears, with no consent to use non-necessary cookies. Instead, nothing happens.
