Describe the bug
It seems that setting automatically an imagery offset in iD editor is not working anymore.

To Reproduce

1. As a project manager go to the project you want to set an offset for the imagery.
2. Click Edit Project
3. Open metadata tab
4. Fill offset in Additional iD URL parameter
5. Save
6. Pick a task of the project to map in iD editor
7. In iD open background settings
8. Go down till Imagery Offset
9. You'll see here 0, 0 and not the offset you filled as a project manager in the parameters.

Expected behavior
You fill the offset as project manager and it automatically sets it in iD editor.
