Add confirmation modal when removing a scanEvent record

What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

• Add confirmation modal when removing a scanEvent record from the SessionCountDetail.vue page. The modal will have 2 options: remove all the scanned records of an SKU or remove only the current selected quantity, and based on that, the scanEvent records will be negated.
