DPL liefert bei jeder 2 Aktualisierung falschen Begrenzungswert #1519

Hallo,
habe hier ein merkwürdiges Verhalten des DPL seit dem vorletzten Update.
Der DPL wechselt bei jeder 2 Aktualisierung(5 Sekunden) den Begrenzungswert auf einen niedriegen, völlig abwegigen Wert.

und nach 10 Sekunden, also bei der übernächsten Aktualisierung den richtig errechneten:

Merkwürdig ist, dass der niedrige, falsche Wert immer über dem Solar Output liegt. Aber er geht zb abens teilweise auf wenige Watt, obwohl in den Einstellungen 150 W als untere Begrenzung angegeben ist:

Da du eine Batterie nutzt würde ich empfehlen den Wechselrichter als Batteriebetrieben zu konfigurieren also folgende Einstellung zu deaktivieren

Bitte gib Bescheid ob sich dein Problem dadurch gelöst hat.

Im Log sehe ich das mindestens ein Eingang viel weniger Leistung liefert als die anderen.
Bitte prüfe deine Verkabelung, die Kabel müssen alle gleich lang sein.

Die unterschiedliche Leistung führt im betrieb als Solarbetriebener WR dazu das der DPL permanent versucht das auszugleichen, aber nur wenn er eine Chance sieht das hier überhaupt genug Leistung geliefert werden kann.

Problem ist das der WR nie wirklich eine Nulleinspeisung schaffen wird, weil immer zu wenig Leistung kommt. Bzw Eingespeist wird ja nichts, aber den Bedarf deines Haushalts wird er nicht decken können. Das einzige was dir helfen könnte wäre Batteriebetrieb und die firmware 01.01.12 auf dem WR, die sollte das einigermaßen gut einregeln können.

Wie weit die Leistung abweichen darf kann ich dir nicht beantworten.

Ok, dann habe ich jetzt mal auf Batteriebetrieb ("Wechselrichter wird von Solarmodulen gespeist" deaktiviert) umgestellt und werde beobachten. Anhängend die Einstellungen, die ich dazu in der DPL vorgenommen habe. Die Einstellungen habe ich von dieser Empfehlung übernommen: #1473 (comment)

Die Firmware 01.01.12 habe ich schon auf dem WR (siehe anhängende Übersicht).

Werde nochmals neue Kabel ausprobieren, um eine noch bessere Leistungsverteilung an den 4 WR-Eingängen zu erzielen.

ich habe auch seit einem Jahr eine ähnliche Konfiguration (s. #1591)
meine Frage : Hast Du nach dem "Wechselrichter wird von Solarmodulen gespeist" deaktivieren keine Probleme bekommen, daß der WR von der DTU angeschaltet wird, falls das Leistungslimt unter 60 W gegangen ist (DTU Log : "Durch Fernsteuerung abgeschaltet")

Nein, erst nachdem ich auf Batterie-Betrieb umgeschaltet habe, hat es gut funktioniert. Die Meldung "Durch Fernsteuerung abgeschaltet" hatte ich auch schon, aber soweit ich mich erinnern kann immer nur dann, wenn der Akku seinen unteren SoC erreicht hat und der WR keine Leistung mehr aus dem Akku bekommt und abgeschaltet wird. Der Hub schaltet dann auf Standby (wenn keine Sonne scheint bzw. keine Leistung von den Modulen kommt) oder auf Laden (wenn Sonne scheint bzw. Leistung von den Modulen kommt).
Ich beobachte es aber mal und schaue, wann und wie die Meldung erscheint.

Fürs Protokoll: Diese Meldung ist völlig harmlos und stellt lediglich fest, dass der WR durch einen entsprechenden Befehl in den Standby versetzt wurde. Da ist nichts Negatives dran, schon gar nicht, wenn der WR in der Tat gerade keine Leistung umsetzen soll.

Das erklärt auch warum die Werte der MPPTs so niedrig ausfallen und der DPL hier kein ordentliches Limit setzen kann.

Hallo und Danke erstmal,
es wird an diesen Modulen/diesem Wechselrichter keine Batterie benutzt, die Anzeige ist rein informativ. Die Batterie hängt an zwei anderen Panels mit Laderegler und die Werte kommen über mqtt rein.
Und alles funktionierte bis zur November Version ja einwandfrei.
Ich habe zwei Panels nach Süden ausgerichtet. Zwei weitere liegen flach auf dem Carportdach mit relativ langen Kabeln. Ich habe immer eines der Panels vom Carportdach mit einem der Panels der Südausrichtung an einem mppt des Inverters(der ja zwei mppts hat) angeschlossen. Im Sommer hatte ich zunächst beide Carportpanels an einem mppt und die beiden Südpanels am anderen. Das funktionierte aber nicht so gut.

So, ich habe das Problem vermutlich gelöst. Ich hatte gestern eine neue Klimaanlage angeschlossen und musste dafür einmal komplett den Strom abschalten. Dabei muss sich beim Wiedereinschalten irgendwas total verheddert haben, denn danach trat das Problem auf. Zuletzt bekam ich zwar noch eine Verbindung zum WR bekam aber keine Daten und der WR blinkte rot. Auch eine komplette Trennung vom Stromnetz brachte nichts. Ich habe dann alle Panels vom WR getrennnt und den WR nochmal vom Stromnetz genommen. Dann nur erstmal ein Panel angeschlossen und wieder ans Stromnetz gebracht. Nachdem ich dann wieder Daten bekam, habe ich nach und nach alle Panels wieder angeschlossen. Momentan funktioniert wieder alles inklusive DPL. Allerdings habe ich gerade noch die Software vom August auf der DTU, bleibt noch abzuwarten, was passiert, wenn ich auf die aktuelle Version update.

Kannst du bitte einen Auszug der Konsole mit ausführlicher DPL Protokollierung bereitstellen?
Wie bereits in früheren Nachrichten erwähnt solltet Ihr euch bitte nicht auf das Limit versteifen, wichtig ist doch wie viel der WR am Schluss produziert.

ohne Sonne keine Wonne. Also frühestens morgen. Ich hatte heute aber meine Klimaanlage(als Heizung) abgestellt und die Batterie(andere Baustelle) angeschmissen und als es drohte ins öffentliche Netz einzuspeisen, hat der DPL ordentlich und korrekt gearbeitet.

Ich habe jetzt die Frequenz wie von dir erwähnt auf 868,25 MHz umgestellt. Jetzt erreiche ich ein RSSI von -77 dBm und somit ca. 5 dBm besser als mit 865 Mhz.

Ich arbeite mit einer Refresh rate von 3 Sekunden, hier ist mir noch nicht klar, welche Einstellung hier optimal ist. Dazu habe ich noch keine wirklich gute Übersicht bzw. Erklärung gefunden, ob evtl. kleinere oder größere Werte evtl. noch besser sind.
Hier gibt es z.B. die Aussage, dass sogar 10 Sekunden gut sind: tbnobody#1950 (comment)

5dBM ist fast 2x besser...

Ich weiss nicht welche Antenne du nutzt, aber meistens sind sie einigermaßen gerichtet. Probier mal alle 6 Orientierungen von deiner DTU Box aus (besser gesagt von der Antenne Ausrichtung). Da müsste es ordentlich Unterschiede geben, kann schon mal 5dBm ausmachen.
Ich habe auf jeden Fall alle 6 durchprobiert, wegen des neues Radio Statistics interface total schnell und bequem zu machen.

Bei mir sieht es danach so aus:

Ich habe eine HMS/HMT-DTU mit einer Antenne. Diese steht bei mir senkrecht auf ca. "11 Uhr". Welche 6 Orientierungen meinst du da genau bzw. wie sehen diese aus?

3D: in x, y und z jeweils zwei Richtungen. Kopfüber, nach links und rechts kippen von der Antenne. Ich glaube der Empfang ist in der Richtung vom Stab also richte es Mal in der Richtung wo der WR ist.

Ich habe jetzt ein alle Antennen-Richtungen ausprobiert, viel besser ist es dadurch nicht geworden.

Ich habe aber jetzt eine ganz neue Entdeckung gemacht. Auf meinem Schreibtisch lag eine Schlauchschelle herum, die dann einfach mal zum Spass über die DTU-Antenne gehängt habe. Und welch Wunder, seitdem habe ich ein RSSI von ungefähr -68 bis -70 dBm!!

Ich fasse das Ganze erst mal nicht mehr an, läuft ..... :-)

Hab seit 2 Tagen statt einen ESP32 4GB einen ESP32_S3_8GB (2 Antennen HM und HMS) am Start. Neuste Software drauf (23.01.2025). Seit dem rechnet die DTU für den Wechselrichter nur noch wirres Zeug aus. Und das auch irgendwie nur gefühlt alle 5 min. Wechselrichter ist ein HMS 2000 4T. Mit der alten und letzten 4GB Version lief alles relativ gut. Hab z.B. als höchsten Wert bei der Ausspeisung 1600W eingegeben, trotzdem geht er auf 2000W obwohl nur 500W gebraucht werden. Und wenn z.B. 800W gebraucht werden stellt er sich z.B. bei 250W ein. Sehr seltsam. Vielleicht bin ich auch zu blöde die neue Software einzustellen? Hab erstmal wieder die alte DTU dran, die läuft ganz normal.

Weiß ich nicht. Jedenfalls ist die Glaskugel gerade kaputt, daher kann ich (können wir) dir ohne dass du deine Einstellungen kund tust, geschweige denn einen Auszug der Konsole mit ausführlicher DPL Protokollierung bereitstellst, keinen Hinweis geben, was schief laufen könnte.
