Make `pav show sched --conf` behavior consistent with documentation

At present, the scheduler documentation provides the following example for pav show sched --conf:

pav show sched --conf raw

At present, pav show sched --conf cannot take a specific scheduler as an argument. This either needs to be fixed in the implementation of the command or fixed in the docs. I prefer the former.
