New blog posts appears in category "Others" in the HPE Dev Community Portal, Blog section.

Hi,
I have noticed that new blog posts are listed in the blog page (https://developer.hpe.com/blog/) under "Others" category.

All blog posts should appear under the category "All".
I noticed this behavior since last week. It was not the case before.

Maybe, the issue comes the new GitHub where to see the Preview of a new blog post, we have to click on the ellipsis (...) on the right (section Changes Reviewed for a new Pull Request) and select "View details" to display the Preview.

Example: The recent blog post from Michael Mattsson appears in "Others":
https://developer.hpe.com/blog/management-paradigms-for-virtual-machines-running-on-kubernetes/

Another example: The blog post below does not appear in "All" category. It appears in "Products/hpe-opsramp":
https://developer.hpe.com/blog/sivabala-opsql-opsramps-kalpavriksha-wish-fulfilling-tree/

Need help from Mahi or Chetan to investigate further the reason for such behavior.

Hi @choukden @Didier-Lalli , I took a look on the mentioned issue,

We are filtering the all blogs with excluding featured blogs, thats why few are listing in other posts than in all posts.

But do we need to change query for all blogs to show including featured blogs?

Thank you so much for your investigation. Thanks to your investigation, I have realized that the authors of the blog post listed in the description had enable the "FeaturedBlog" option. Hence, they appeared in "Others" category in the Blog page.
I have toggle off the "featureBlog" option in their posts, and now they appear in the "All" category.

I agree with Didier, so all blogs appear in "All" even those enabled with the "Featured" option.

Hi Chethan,

Discussing with Didier, we believe it may make sense to remove the category "Others" from the Blog page. So we would have all the blog posts visible in the "All" categories. And for the blog posts that are tied to a specific landing page through appropriate tags, they will also appear in the appropriate category: HPE GreenLake, Products, or Open-Source.

It might be worth trying to implement this change in the PR #2969 and see the result in the Preview of the PR.
