sharing .png files to other clients, more precisely students via course files

Uploaded .png files to the course files are not shown the users / students.
Apparently they are uploaded to the server, but not shared to other clients except the uploader, which will be able to "share" the pictures via course files into tasks or topics (/ subjects).
The problem with that is, as already mentioned, other clients won't get the files, therefore they're not able to see the pictures added to tasks or topics (/ subjects).
