Current behavior:
- I log in as a lecturer
- I create a new course
- I create a new lecture and click on "Create Lecture"
- I get the success message, but am not being redirected to the detail view
- When I click on "Create Lecture" again, then I am
Wanted behavior:
Redirect on the first time to the detail view
