HEIC support

Hello. Does chafa support .heic files? As far as I can see from man it doesn't. Any plans to implement support?

Hi, thanks for bringing it up. There's no HEIC support yet, but it wouldn't be hard to add through libheif.

It's patent-encumbered, though, so we wouldn't be able to enable it in binary builds, and some of the software distributors that package Chafa may want to avoid it too: https://github.com/strukturag/libheif/discussions/1098
