User on discord reported that such graphical issue can happen on windows, on the d3d11 backend on Intel integrated GPU, in mission gray dawn

On current master branch build, it seems to be reproducible on Linux AppImage as well on the opengl backend with an AMD gpu, but the issue is not observed on vulkan
