7th Dragon 2020 II HD Texture Pack 0.1 - Doesn't work on newest version

What area of the game

Greetings.

On newest version of PPSSPP when starting the game.

What happens

It shows that Texture Replacement Pack activated but in fact not a single texture replaced.
Shown on SS game without texture pack.

What should happen

Textures must be replaced with those from HD Pack.
On SS how it must look with texture pack ON.

GE frame capture

At first had issue same as were fixed already: "Crashes when character voices are played #20834".
But now have a problem with texture replacement pack not working.
Couldn't find any trigger to actually make it work.
Decided to download older version again - texture replacement pack works properly (but issue with crashes on sound check screen are still there ofc).

Issue with texture replacement not working are found both on Windows and Android, on newest version of PPSSPP - v.1.20.3.

i.e. Texture Pack for 7th Dragon 2020 works just fine on both older and newer version of PPSSPP without any changes in system config or in file directory.

I guess main issue lie somewhere in textures.ini file or in how PPSSPP've started reading it from v.1.20.

From what I saw original textures.ini structured a bit more complicated than i.e. same file from different texture pack for the 1st game of the series (NPJH50459 - 7th Dragon 2020) .

So what I did and it seems to be working:
Created blank textures.ini file.
Copied every needed string from original file into [hashes] without any "INDEX" groups.

Original textures.ini:

Blank made up .ini with all hashes in single group:

Indeed, the problem is the various sections like " [ General UI ]>------------------------------------" confusing our ini file parser.

I guess previously we ignored these lines when there were spaces before "[", but this seems to have changed.

I think I'll again make it ignore section headers with spaces before " [", at least for texture replacement inis, as breaking existing content isn't good.
