Release security fixes

Hi,

is it planned to release an updated version of this library?

E.g. the current latest version 0.0.4 includes org.http4s:http4s-ember-client:0.23.23, which pulls in org.http4s:http4s-ember-core:0.23.23 that has a vulnerability: https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2025-59822 . All is sorted out on main branch.
