v0.22.0-RC2

This release introduces support for Jetty 12 on http4s-0.22. This upgrade is necessary to fix for CVE-2024-6763. http4s-0.22 is EOL, and this series will not be actively maintained.

Because Jetty 9 is replaced by Jetty 12, there are breaking changes:

• Module name changes:
  • The http4s-jetty-client module is now named http4s-jetty12-client.
  • The http4s-jetty-server module is now split int http4s-jetty12-server and http4s-jetty12-server-ee8.
• Package changes:
  • The org.http4s.jetty package (both modules) is renamed to org.http4s.jetty12
• JettyBuilder moved to org.http4s.jetty12.server.ee8 in the new http4s-jetty12-server-ee8 module.
• Various ContextShift constraints were added

Jakarta EE9 and EE10 are not supported in this release.
