Support of all the attributes of semantic conventions

Do you plan to support missing attributes (like server.address and http.route)?

They are part of the conventions described here: https://opentelemetry.io/docs/specs/semconv/http/http-metrics/

That would be nice, but this requires certain changes in http4s. For example: http4s/http4s#7491.

The PR has been waiting for a while. They don't want to merge it for now?

These changes are breaking and should be carefully evaluated even for the main branch.
To make it compatible with 0.23 branch, perhaps we can make Metrics2 instead.

Nevertheless, it requires certain effort from http4s maintainers to properly review the changes and likely they don't have enough time ☹️
