[Feature Request]: Support Websocket\SSE request。And Support request history cache（Not save body）。

I really like your product interface, but I have to say there are two major pain points that greatly affect me.

1. In the AI era, websocket and SSE requests are very important and commonly used.

2. Of course, request history cache is the foundation of an API debugging tool.(Not save body)

The above two problems forced me to start Postman at the same time when launching httpie. This is very stupid.
