Fix header to be older one

The application has a new header that was added, let's go back to the old one. Make sure to keep the toggle theme but just make the header look like what it was before. 

make sure to remove the Course Materials Assistant header.

Remove the subheader. round ask questions, and then remove the horizontal row below the subheader.
